We had an excellent large sliding gate fitted at the rear of our property. Due to the requirements it had to be a bespoke job and it was not straightforward at all. However, Arbury Gates provided a truly excellent service. Their original quote was very reasonable (not excessive unlike other quotes we had). They did not increase the price despite encountering difficulties at their end. Some companies would have sought to renegotiate but I feel that they were very fair with us. It is clear that they take great pride in their work. We are very happy with the outcome and can truly recommend.

The team came and did a fab job. It was a tricky job due to the design of the stairs. They were committed to making sure it was right and worked in our space. The railings are fab! They really finish our garden and make it look smart. The guys wanted it to be perfect for us and made huge effort to get it right. They were very tidy and put back everything when they had finished. Very professional job well pleased

I had to wait a week longer for my gates than I expected. The installation team explained to me how they would fix and fit the gates slightly askew because the concrete posts had been set at an angle. by the previous owner. The installation went according to plan and as a result I am so pleased I used Arbury Gates

Amazing workmanship highly recommend

Shaun and Paula were excellent I can't fault the quality of materials, design and finish for our Gates and Railings. Did have other quotes however, it was clear Arbury Gates and Railings really know their stuff, a little more expensive than others but well worth it, they were really responsive and went the extra mile to make good the area around the railings plus offering advice from years of experience, a great company to deal with.

Lovely drive gates manufactured & installed by Arbury Gates. From the very start of the process with Paula to the installation with Shaun & Andy it was a very easy smooth process. They took onboard what we were looking for & came up with both solutions & recommendations, and the quality of the work was very high. I would highly recommend them.

Paula and Shaun were a lovely couple to deal with. That came and measured up and provided photographs of their products. The price was comparable to off the peg railings but with the bonus of a bespoke product. The fitting was a really good experience with busy workmen ensuring it was installed to my exact requirements. No mess, no fuss just a really excellent job. If I hadn’t have been there other than beautiful railings appearing I wouldn’t have known I’d had work done that day. Excellent team and a superb product. Thank you.
