We had an excellent large sliding gate fitted at the rear of our property. Due to the requirements it had to be a bespoke job and it was not straightforward at all. However, Arbury Gates provided a truly excellent service. Their original quote was very reasonable (not excessive unlike other quotes we had). They did not increase the price despite encountering difficulties at their end. Some companies would have sought to renegotiate but I feel that they were very fair with us. It is clear that they take great pride in their work. We are very happy with the outcome and can truly recommend.

The team came and did a fab job. It was a tricky job due to the design of the stairs. They were committed to making sure it was right and worked in our space. The railings are fab! They really finish our garden and make it look smart. The guys wanted it to be perfect for us and made huge effort to get it right. They were very tidy and put back everything when they had finished. Very professional job well pleased

I had to wait a week longer for my gates than I expected. The installation team explained to me how they would fix and fit the gates slightly askew because the concrete posts had been set at an angle. by the previous owner.
